Introducing...my pineapple mango coconut muffin. This delectable muffin has pineapple and mango puree throughout along with pineapple and mango pieces so you get something in every bite. The center has a swirl of my pineapple mango jam that I specifically made for this muffin along with my own 6 week infused pineapple extract and mango extract.
