We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for customer service and an excitement for our food industry. We are a high-growth family business looking for hyper-organized, efficient with attention to detail.
Must have at least 3 days of availability, totaling 20 hours, with at least one of those days being a Saturday or Sunday. Additionally, all employees are expected to be available to work peak holiday shifts.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls providing high level customer service and hospitality to customers
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
• Common area cleaning, including, front desk, counters, tables, front carpet.
Requirements:
• Must have customer service experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities.
• Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
• Must have a positive, can-do attitude
• Must have a friendly and professional phone etiquette
• Must have superior organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, and stand for long durations of time
• Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 10lbs
