Dear Tracy, when you ordered your cooked food over the phone you were told the price of $42.65. When you came in to pay you were told again. You then handed two crumbled up $20s grabbed your food off the counter, jumped in your car, and sped out the parking lot cuttng off traffic. You still owe $2.65!

You did leave your phone number when you placed your order but you don't seem to be answering when we call. Weird.

PSA to all other Neptune Businesses and local areas.

If you don't have a lock for your used cooking oil, call your company and get one. These thieves have unfortunately been doing this for awhile, finally caught them in the act. Luckily we switched to an all metal container with a lock on it.

They usually come by in the early morning hours, hop fences, and steal your used cooking oil (we get money back from companies for it) easily have stolen in the thousands of dollars of product.

They will come by during the day and act like they are a used oil pickup business to scope out the area and then come back at night. They always drive an unmarked white van, no plates on the front, and will try and block out the plate if they see cameras around.

Share for awareness and call your local authorities if you see something!
