We’ve had several people ask if we take donated deer.
Yes, we do.
Right now we are not to avoid filling up too quickly.

We also will not accept a deer that you only killed for the horns.
If you are only after horns and not any meat- we don’t want to do business with those types of hunters.
We stand firm on this.
Hunting should be to feed someone.
Not just be a mount on the wall.
We have turned away many people that just wanted to lob the horns and waste the body.
Others might accept that.
But we do not..

When we do accept a donation:
It’s a whole deer only so we know it was skinned to our standards.
It’s $20 skinning paid to the person skinning and we take care of the rest.

It was a great opening weekend at Baker Processing.

Thank you all.

Last season we were full after opening weekend. 🙃
Even with taking in 60ish we still have double that and then some.
The new walk in is a beast. 💪🏻
We don’t plan to have to turn anyone away this season!
