It’s a rainy cloudy sit inside and watch football and LLWS kind of day… you need some snacks! Stop on in and fill up on fresh made yesterday pork jerky, beef jerky, bologna! While you’re at it grab some snack sticks and summer sausage. None of that do the trick? We’ve got smoked salmon and those of you requesting Cajun Smoked Salmon, that’ll be done around 1.

Need supper for tonight and want to take the easy route? We smoked baby back ribs last night as well. Cut em portion size and slow cook in the crock pot and drizzle with BBQ when they are done 👌

I don't know if many of you have seen the news but there are a lot of beef plants either closing or cutting back on processing days. That means a tighter supply and higher prices to come. - WHOLE Short Loin - $12.99/lb cut and wrapped. These are roughly 20 lbs and this cut is what you get T-Bone and Porterhouse from. *** CALL 563-544-4236 TO RESERVE AND PICK UP 8/20 AFTER 2 PM ***

- WHOLE Choice Sirloin - $8.99/lb or $9.99/lb cut and wrapped. Roughly 15 lbs and you get about 4-5 1 in. steaks and a sirloin roast per loin.

- WHOLE PRIME RIBEYE - $18.99/lb cut wrapped. Roughly 15-20 lbs. Top of the line and AMAZING on the grill.

- WHOLE PRIME Tenderloin - $22.99/lb or $23.99/lb cut and wrapped. Roughly 7 lbs and make for great date night or special occasion steaks!

- WHOLE Ungraded Ribeye - $12.99/lb WHOLE. Aged a month and a great alternative to save some $ compared to the Prime.
