Our bees are the artists, and we are their committed partners in this beekeeping journey. In the first year of our beekeeping journey, we did not have fancy hi-tech equipment; all we had were our bare hands to extract the Golden Gifts from their hives. That is when we discovered that each beehive provided its unique flavor sensation; one was minty, another was like smoked caramel, and the bees det

ermined each variety of flavors in that hive, and where they chose to harvest their nectar from, it amazed us! We decided to bottle our honey just as that beehive prepared it, so you, too, can also try it in the unique way the bees intended it to taste. This week at the" CCoeymans Riverfront Farmers Market we will be starting a flavor journey, featuring Honey from across the Globe!
1820 Hamlet House is now joining Beekeepers from around the World to support the Bees. Our World depends on our pollinators. Please visit our booth and try this weeks Pure Raw Honey from the Siberian Mountains.

WILD & BEAUTIFUL
Southern Siberia = a wild and beautiful land where nature grows pure ingredients unsullied by modern techniques. This region is endowed with immense mountains and the clearest mineral-rich rivers and springs.
The apiaries in this region are in remote areas, far away from any contamination. Bees roam free in the Altai Mountains to create the purest honey on Earth.
Our mission as a company is to make healthy, nutrient-rich foods and products from this untouched land available to all.
