We are proud to announce that we have now received our retail license so we are able to make RCP venison summer sausage, smoked sausage and snack sticks in pork and beef USDA. ( This is something new that we are trying to do during deer off season. ) We will be taking orders of what we will be processing /smoking each week and posting on Facebook. You can post orders here on Facebook, pm , email or by phone. If by phone please leave a message and we will call you back.

We are taking orders at this time for pork smoked sausage and pork summer sausage. Varieties include cheddar or pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, pineapple, peppercorns and sweet heat. Let us know if you have any questions.

Cost is $8 lb and orders need to be in 5 lb or 10 lb orders. Thank you!

We are proud to announce that we received our Texas Grant of Custom Exemption and able to do all Domestic animals for slaughter/processing. We will be working by appointment only so give us a call, email or Facebook message. Thanks again to all our customers for supporting RCP and hope all mothers have had a wonderful Mother's Day.
