Today hit some landmark sales and our cheese fridge it empty! It's a good thing because we have lots more in the aging room. We're going to be very busy cutting and packaging cheese this week. And we'll be cheddering and milling cheese late in the week so we'll have our famous cheese curds (best snack ever!) for the Concord Farmers' Market. Check our there website
