We are keeping it simple & fresh we sliced rotisserie chicken and added an easy Citrus Chimichurri sauce. Chimichurri is amazing on grilled chicken, pork, shrimp & steak.

Citrus Chimichurri:
½ cup Lime or Lemon or Orange olive oil
3 tablespoons Lime or Lemon white balsamic
¾ cup cilantro
¼ onion
1 jalapeno (ribs and seeds removed if you do not like the heat)
2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
