Kristine's Natural Yeast Creations I started baking with Natural Yeast a few years ago after reading "The Art of Baking with Natural Yeast" by Caleb Warnock & Melissa Richardson.

I loved the idea of going back to the way bread was made before manufactured yeast came out and also the possibility that my gluten intolerant family might be able to eat wheat again. We have been so pleased with the results over the years of what "natural yeasting" has done. I will never forget the the feeling of the burden being lifted from my shoulders and all the possibilities that laid out be

fore me! Since I have tried "natural yeasting" just about anything that calls for flour. There have been successes and failures, but my passion for adventure has always kept me going. I am still learning and still have failures, but I want to share my successes with others. Hence, Kristine's Natural Yeast Creations! My creations are for all those who love bread products, I promise if you love baked good you will LOVE the baked goods I put out ;)
