Yangpa Jangajji (Korean Pickled Onion) is a great side dish that has a balance of saltiness, tartness and sweetness. It's a great side dish for Korean BBQ or any meat dishes. The best part is it stores for months. The one of the left, I added Thai chili peppers to make it spicier. The one on the right is very traditional.
