We’re coming to the New Brighton Farmers Market - Minnesota tomorrow, Wednesday, and we hope you stop by to help us taste test our jumbo egg roll with our new rolling method.

Our goal is simple: better quality, same great flavor, and less oil.

New Brighton has supported us from day one. You watched us grow from our first little food trailer that looked like an ice fishing house to where we are today. You waited in those 2-hour lines, gave us feedback, left reviews, brought your families, and kept showing up for us.

We will never forget that.

I still remember one of our first times there. We had a long line before we even opened, and I barely knew how to turn on the fryer.

I turned on the stove, went outside to turn on the propane, came back in, lit it, and…

BOOM. 😂

The whole trailer shook. My bangs shriveled into tiny crispy corkscrews, both eyebrows completely disappeared, and I’m pretty sure the burnt hair smell traveled across New Brighton. Lol.

My oldest son, Kevin, just looked at me and said, “Mama…”

That was the look of a child wondering if his mom was running a food truck or launching a rocket. 😂

I’m pretty sure everyone waiting outside felt our craziness too.

Thank you, New Brighton, for growing with us, laughing with us, waiting with us, and supporting us all these years.
