It is enough to select a ripe sheddock, peel it and remove the films in which the pulp slices are wrapped, and you can add the pomelo to the salad. We recommend using chicken breast or shrimp in the salad - you will get a hearty, but at the same time dietary dish that is suitable even for those who are on a diet.

Mandarin (lat. Cītrus reticulāta) is a small evergreen tree, a species of the genus Citrus (Citrus) of the Rutaceae family; the same word denotes the fruit of this plant.
The word “mandarin” was borrowed into the Russian language from the Spanish language (probably through the French language). Spanish mandarin goes back to the Portuguese mandarim (meaning 官吏 guānlì “officials”), which, in turn, goes back to the Old Indian mantrī́ (mantrín-) - “advisor, minister”.

The word “mandarin” in the meaning of “fruit” came into the Russian language from the French language (mandarinier), and in the meaning of “official” - from Portuguese through German (Mandarin).
The fruits of tangerines are used as food and to obtain essential oils.
