Picked-fresh lobster meat just came in, and we'll be honest, it's the kind of thing that makes a weekend feel like a little occasion.

No cracking, no claws, no work. Just sweet, tender meat ready for whatever you're dreaming up. Some folks fold it into a roll with a swipe of butter and call it a perfect Saturday. Others keep it simple over pasta, or pile it onto a salad and let it be the star. There's no wrong way.
