Each season we select special cheeses for our holiday boards, taking into consideration varying flavors, origins and milks as well as what artisan cheeses will best complement the holiday.

Our Easter boards this year are springy and snackable incorporating both seasonal delights and counter classics:

🧀 a French triple crème (ooh lala!)
🧀 Prairie Breeze aka the “George Clooney” cheese
🧀 Alp Blossom bringing the floral fragrant
🧀 St. Malachi, the domestic Gouda/alpine darling
🧀 Brabander, a nutty & creamy goat Gouda (Larges only)

Gonna be a cold (and snowy) weekend! We are planning to be closed SUNDAY so our team can stay safe and warm ❄️ We are open today 10-5:30 - come in and pick out some delicious cheeses, meats and prepared foods to make your snow days simple and delicious!

Taking a moment this holiday season to reflect on what’s truly important. Join our Cheese Challenge or Food Drive this month to help our neighbors in Fairfield County who are struggling with food insecurity. For each 1 pound of cheese we sell in the shop, $3 will be donated to support our local food bank. We did the numbers…in November we sold over 1,000 lbs of cheese and we will do more in December. We are so honored to be part of this special community and this is one small thing we can do to make our neighbors holidays a bit brighter ❤️
