Today I put together a few fresh salsa baskets. I LOVE that I can make this at home whenever the craving hits. I put all the ingredients in a basket to make it easy for you to grab and head home to whip up a batch. I use seasoned rice wine vinegar but you can use a white vinegar with a dash of sugar (or not) or lemon/lime juice.

Fresh Pico de Gallo:
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped bell pepper
Chopped jalapeno
Chopped onion
Minced or grated garlic
Drizzle of oil
Splash of rice wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Optional: Chopped hot banana pepper
Optional: chopped cilantro

Chop/mince it all up, a splash of oil and rice wine vinegar to taste and dip your chips in! Delicious!
