This being said we are going to make more "Pint" jars of jam so you can get 2 jars worth for about $9 (that will be a $3 savings to purchase this way)

We threw together this recipe and you MUST try it - healthy - - high protein - - yummy. (For those who follow a certain diet style this could be considered Paleo, Keto, and Carnivore) ENJOY!!!!

2 cups of cottage cheese
5 duck eggs (what I used) probably 6 chicken eggs
1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

I put in a round 10" dish, could also go into a 8x8 square.
350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until golden and set.

This reheats well and makes a great high protein snack or meal the next day!! ๐ธ๐’ฉ๐’ฅ๐’ช๐’ด
