Today is Derby Day!!!

Just like the produce stands at Churchill Downs Indianapolis Fruit Company is at Roy's for the Derby Event,

The horses are in their stables and ready for the races tomorrow!

Do you remember the name of our horses? The 1st 10 people to comment all 6 names correctly will get 2 tickets to bring on Saturday to enter into the drawings for the Win, Place and Show Purses.

Fun food is a big part of the Kentucky Derby, so we are partnering with Green Cares Food Pantry at our Derby event May 2nd to help our community members in need. Purchase a food item or bring a monetary donation and receive an extra entry ticket for the Purses.

Food trucks and diverse food vendors are a major part of the Kentucky Derby festival atmosphere. Hot dogs are considered a festival staple and a concession favorite. Graeters Ice-cream and produce farmstands are also favorites. In keeping with these traditions, we will have all 3 of these at our Kentucky Derby Event May 2nd 2026. Sugar River EMS will be manning the grills and serving up Hot dogs, Persephone Reigns will be serving her ice cream, along with a produce sale featuring Indianapolis Fruit. You do not want to miss out on these traditions!
