We have some exciting news to share! 🥖✨

Our little family bakery, Convivium Micro-Bakery + Homestead, was recently featured in Evansville Living Magazine. It’s such an honor to share the story behind the Bread House and the sourdough we love baking for this community.

What started as baking bread for our family and friends has grown into something we never imagined. Your support of our small bakery truly means the world to us. ❤️

The bill that would greatly expand what our small producer vendors are allowed to sell has passed the Senate Floor! Read the shared post to see how you can help make this a reality.

Today, the bill to expand what homemade foods can be bought and sold in Indiana passed the Senate Floor! The bill now goes to Governor Braun to be signed into law!

HB 1424 expands homemade food sales in Indiana to allow the sale of certain meat products, prepared foods – including baked goods, candy, produce, natural sweeteners, and fruit spreads.

This legislation passed the legislature because of the collaboration, dedication, and advocacy of hundreds of Hoosiers who, like you, want to see greater food freedom for small farms, home-based food vendors, and their customers in Indiana. Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to contact lawmakers, share personal stories, and even travel to Indianapolis to speak with legislators. HB 1424 will make a huge difference in the lives of so many across the state, and YOU got to be part of the process to make that happened. Please take some time today to celebrate your victory!

Encourage Governor Braun to sign HB 1424 into law by sending him a prewritten letter here: https://instituteforjustice.quorum.us/campaign/156503/
