The Wellness Barn The Wellness Barn is more than fitness -- it's agriculture, fitness and life! The ultimate hope is to grow as God wants us to grow.

Many of you know my passion for health and wellness, the garden, cooking, a healthy spiritual life, etc… Now that all our children are in school full time, Paul and I decided it was good timing to expand on the gifts God has given me. Together, for the last 24 months, we have been praying novenas, our prayer has been, ' to always remain open to growing our family, communication, health, and work

with our God-given talents". We decided to "freshen up" (not start something new, rather, embellish what is existing by freshening the approach and delivery), hence - The Wellness Barn. Eventually, we hope to have programs for agriculture, youth and older adults too -- we want to be "more than fitness" -- we want to "enrich your life." So, as we embrace now, remember -- we don't' know what the future holds, we only know Who holds the future!
