JK Farms & Candle Co. Homegrown Fruits and Vegetables. Pork Skins, Boiled Jumbo Peanuts, Roasted Peanuts and Soy Candles in the fall. Multi generation, family ran and owned farm.

Courtesy of my business partners in Satsuma Alabama, The Shrimp Lady, True Gulf Shrimp and Saltwater Fish. Our family has been selling produce since the 1950's. It's a passion that has been passed down through the generations. We have always prided ourselves with selling what we grow and we standing behind our product. We raise and grow our products as naturally possible.

Thank You All for the tremendous support at both markets today. You all had me running and dancing around the table all day. I’m typing this with humble appreciation and my feet in an epsom salt water bath massager. I’m very tempted to start accepting gift cards for massages as a form of payment.

Much Love
Joey, JK Farms

We are going to have plenty of Turnip Greens and Collard Greens at the Northport AL Farmers Market and the Tuscaloosa River Market tomorrow. It’s supposed to be cool weather tomorrow and a fresh pot of true homegrown greens for supper sure would hit the spot!

We were also able to dig up about 1,500 pounds of sweet potatoes this week. These are fresh dug so they are not good for baking yet but would make great yams or a pie.
