It's a passion that has been passed down through the generations. We have always prided ourselves with selling what we grow and we standing behind our product. We raise and grow our products as naturally possible.

Reminder, I will not be at the Tuscaloosa River Market tomorrow. Go see my father and niece at the Northport AL Farmers Market tomorrow. They will have the following;

Roasted Peanuts
Okra
Apples.

Next Saturday we will have tomatoes and sweet corn.

Thank You All Again! It was a 99% sellout at both markets. Considering the volume we brought, I’m very happy with only bringing 1% home.

I appreciate every one of you that supports me and the other vendors at the markets.

Giving everyone a heads up, I’m personally taking August off from the farmers markets. I need a break and rest period. I’ve basically been going seven days a week for three years now. My niece will be at the Northport Farmers Market with my pork skins, boiled peanuts and homegrown produce during my break.

We were able to beat the rain today and plant one last round of peas, cucumbers and squash for the year. As long as we don’t have a ridiculously early frost they should be ready for cold weather.

Even though it’s hot right now we are also preparing for our fall Collards, Cabbage, Broccoli, Turnip Greens and Mustard Greens. There’s always something to do on a farm.

I feel very blessed, your continued support is amazing! The Tuscaloosa River Market started off with a bang and continued all day. I’m truly grateful to each and every one of you. I had an amazing day, my father had an amazing day at the Northport AL Farmers Market.
