We will be closed until the river recedes some. Our house is located on the shores of the Wolf River, and the flood waters are three feet over our driveway. We will not be leaving any time soon. Thankfully our house has remained dry except for water in the crawl space. We have fared better than many. We thank our loyal friend Zack Swanson for risking his truck to bring us a backup generator and for continuing to monitor the freezers at the sausage company.

We are currently accepting whole deer for processing and trim for sausage making from 1pm to 6pm Monday thru Friday and by appointment outside of those hours. These hours will remain in effect at least until February 14, 2026.

Our hours for the remaining 2025 gun season are 10am to 7 pm WITHOUT an appointment and by appointment outside of those hours. We will be open Thanksgiving morning for deer drop off only, from 10am to 12 pm. We will be open closing weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) from 10am to 7pm or by appointment outside of those hours. Good luck hunters!

Good luck bow hunters. We will be available by appointment from 9AM to 9PM 7 days per week during bow season - we want to get your deer in a cooler as soon as possible so just give us a call and we will meet you at the facility. Processing fee is $150. plus $1. per pound to grind and bag burger. Pricing for sausages, including our famous hot dogs, can be found on our web page northwoodssausage.com

We are gearing up for hunt 2025! Hope to see you. If you want to clean out your freezers, we will begin accepting meat on August 15, 2025. Clear out your freezer and have some fresh venison treats for bow hunting and gun season. To drop meat off, just give us a call at 920-982-2773 and set up an appointment - we are available most anytime, but will not have regular hours until later in bow season.
