Good evening everyone, here is our deer processing flyer for this year. We added a few new flavors in place of the not so popular ones. We will start accepting deer meat November 1st. Same rules apply of the past few years. We are only accepting clean boneless muscles and trim. Meat in garbage bags will NOT be accepted. Any other questions, give us a call. Happy hunting!! Good evening everyone, all the beef and hogs including the curing from St. Charles County Fair are processed. Except the 2 hogs that went to the state fair. If you haven't pick up yet, please do as soon as possible. I have hogs hanging from Washington town and country fair and could use some freezer space. Thank you for the business.
