Butcher is also a sandwich shop serving small plates and daily entrée specials for lunch and dinner. The bar menu features a small wine selection, craft beers & cocktails, focusing on local breweries and small batch producers. Last night we did a thing, y’all! We teamed up with our friends Burial B**r Co. , flew some of our signature meaty treats to Asheville & popped up Burial B**r Forestry Camp Taproom & Restaurant for one night only. Huge thanks to the whole Burial team & all th amazing folks who came out last night!! We had a blast & can’t wait to do it again sometime!
