JPG's World of Spices spice blends My name is Joshua and I am home schooled. One year our homeschool co-op had an "Entrepreneurial Fair". JPG's World of Spices was born.

JPG stands for Joshua Paul Garcia... that's me. My dad is Cuban. It only made sense that our first blend would be the "Cuban Spice Blend". People love Cuban food. People will love my spice blend.

About to make a run to the store so we can make some more spices! These are great for Christmas presents! Each bag contains approximately 4.5oz (by weight) of one of our two spice blends and they are $6 a bag.

By far, my favorite Alina seasoning recipe is to green beans. Make a roux, add some milk or milk substitute, a healthy helping of Alina seasoning (we don't measure when we cook) and stir to combine. Add the green beans. If needed, add more milk (we use Almond milk) and/or some chicken stock for more liquid. So, so good!

Carrots, potatoes, onions, olive oil, and Alina Seasoning. Roast at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Yum!
