(pssst! the waxed wrappers are fully compostable!) check out the other lovely offerings incl a new Gorgonzola that’s part sheep’s / part cow’s milk! Cabot pepper jack & extra-sharp white cheddar (both less per lb than ShopRite), NY Berle Farm Berleberg hard cheese with salt crystals, a variety of Artigiano cheeses from WI, sheep’s milk pecorino w truffles from Italy, a Bulgarian sheep’s milk feta, and a shaved asiago/parm/romano blend! also carrying Hawthorne Foods kimchi & sauerkrauts! plus various olives🫒 so be sure to check out the offerings which can vary week to week! 🍅tofu tues sammie!! with the BEST org tomatoes & cabbage from !! i braised the cabbage in kalamata oil, then added balsamic at the end😋 baked the thin slices of tofu in avocado oil, balsamic & soy sauce for 10min each side at 350° and served it on naan bread! we also have summer squash & cucumbers from the farm, and fresh-picked Honey Crisp apples from Dressel Farm! OPEN 11–6:30 weekdays! plenty of tofu, yogurt, eggs!
