Did you know that the best sweetcorn is picked first thing in the morning. Over night the corn can rest and it pulls more sugar into the kernel and allows for that softer pop in each bite.

Hand picked fresh this morning!

Did you know that there is hundreds of sweetcorn verities but not all are able to be machine picked. Machine picked corn needs a denser kernel and husk to handle the stress of a machine. We focus on the the sweetest and most tender of hand picked corn.
