Here’s a quick, low carb, high protein flatbread you can bake in about 10 minutes for a cozy meal at home.
Hot Honey Tomato & Feta Cottage Cheese Flatbreads - fast, crunchy, creamy.
Ingredients
• 2 small low carb flatbreads
• 1/2 cup blended cottage cheese + 1 oz crumbled feta
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Dried oregano, salt, pepper
• 1–2 tsp sugar free hot honey (or a little regular honey)
• Pinch red pepper flakes
• Fresh basil, chopped
• Optional: 3 oz cooked chicken for extra protein
