We’re a small production apiary located in historic New Vernon, New Jersey. Our hives are managed without chemicals and our honey is never heated or treated. A distinguished tasting panel tastes and grades each extraction and exceptional harvests or frames within a harvest are classified as Proprietor’s Select or Proprietor’s Reserve. We also offer hand-made small batch balms, lotions and creams and honey candies.
