🔹 Average Days on Market: 31.5 days
🔹 Homes Sold: 7
🔹 New Listings: 1

The Cazenovia housing market remains competitive, with a notable median sale price increase of 37.8% year-over-year. Homes are selling relatively quickly, averaging just over a month on the market. However, the number of new listings has been limited, indicating a tight inventory.
