e 1960's. We understand beef and pork from top to bottom. We now offer custom processing of your animals- or can get you lined up with an animal that is raised exactly how you want. Our Director of Operations, Jack Nelson brings a wealth of knowledge to our group. He has worked in and managed multiple meat processing company's over the years. Jack also has been a life long producer of top quality Black Angus cattle. Brandon and Katie Nelson oversee the operations of Midwest Meat, our Beef and Pork Farm, and Construction Company (BK Builders LLC). We have been blessed with an amazing and talented team that takes passion in what they do.
