Mildred marble cake:

120 gr butter
150 gr sugar
3 eggs
200 gr flour
10 gr yeast
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Vanilla
dark chocolate melt

🔸 Beat butter (at room temperature) with sugar until creamy.
🔸 Add the eggs and a teaspoon of vanilla essence and keep beating.
🔸 Add flour, chemical yeast and a pinch of salt and mix everything.
🔸 Separate 1/3 of the dough to another bowl and add a tablespoon of cocoa. Mingle.
🔸 In a mold, put tablespoons of white dough and chocolate dough until both masses are finished. With the toothpick of a skewer mix the two masses a little.
🔸 Bake at 180°C with heat up and down, about 40 min, until when you poke the toothpick it comes out clean, you know, each oven is a world.
🔸 When it's cold dismold. Melt the dark chocolate with a little milk and cover the cake.
