🏡 One of the most common questions buyers ask is:

“Is it better to wait until interest rates go down before buying a home?” 📉

I would like to share my perspective ✨

💥 If you are waiting for interest rates to drop, you are not the only one. Many buyers in the market are also waiting for the same moment.

💥 When that time comes,

There will likely be many buyers competing for homes, which can push prices above the true market value because of the competition 📈

💥 On the other hand,

📉 If interest rates decrease later, you can refinance your mortgage

So the question becomes 🤔

🙄 Should you wait for interest rates to drop and then compete with many buyers, possibly paying more for the home?

🙂 Or purchase when the price is reasonable now and refinance later if rates go down? 📊

📝 ကျွန်မက RealEstateU.com (77-hour New York Real Estate License Course) ကို Groupon မှာ ဝယ်ပြီး online ကနေ သင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
RealEstateU.com မှာ တိုက်ရိုက်ဝယ်ရင် $99 ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ Groupon ကနေ ဝယ်ရင် $75 လောက်သာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဝယ်ပြီးပါက ၆ လအတွင်း ဖတ်လို့ ရပါတယ်။
Course မှာ Chapter 19 or 20 လောက် ရှိပါတယ်။

🎊 Online course ရဲ့ final test အောင်ရင် RealEstateU test ကို in-person computer နဲ့ ထပ်ဖြေရပါမယ်။
Result က ချက်ချင်း ထွက်ပါတယ်။
အဲ့ဒါအောင်ပြီးရင်တော့ NY State exam center မှာ appointment ယူပြီး in-person paper exam ဖြေရပါတယ်။
Result က မျှော်မှန်းအားဖြင့် ၂ ပတ်လောက်အတွင်း ထွက်ပါမယ်။

🎊 Exam အောင်ပြီးရင် နောက်တစ်ဆင့်က ကိုယ့်ကို sponsor ပေးမယ့် Broker ကို ရှာရပါတယ်။
တစ်ချို့က Solo Agent အနေနဲ့ လုပ်ကြပြီး၊ တစ်ချို့ကတော့ Team နဲ့ လုပ်ကြပါတယ်။
ကျွန်မကတော့ Proactive Alliance Team by Real Broker NY, LLC မှာ join ပါတယ်။ Office က Glandale, NY, 11385 ပါ။

ကျွန်မတို့ Team Leader Roberto Ayala က နှစ်ပေါင်း 30 ကျော် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပါတယ်။

💥I’m sharing my journey for anyone who’s interested in becoming a Real Estate Realtor. 🏡✨

📝 I studied for my license through RealEstateU.com (77-hour New York Real Estate License Course), which I purchased on Groupon.
If you buy directly from RealEstateU.com, it costs about $99, but through Groupon it’s around $75.
Once purchased, you have 6 months of access to complete the course.
There are about 19 or 20 chapters in total.

🎊 After passing the online final test, you’ll need to take another in-person computer exam through RealEstateU.
The result comes out immediately.
Once you pass that, the next step is to schedule an in-person written exam with the New York State exam center.
The state exam result usually comes out in about 2 weeks.

🎊 After passing, your next step is to find a sponsoring broker.
Take your time to shop around and choose carefully — I highly recommend finding a place where you can truly learn and grow, not just work.

🎊 I personally joined the Proactive Alliance Team under Real Broker NY, LLC.
Our Team Leader, Roberto Ayala, has over 30 years of experience in the business.
