A Turkey with Two Stuffings - Puréed Potatoes from David Bouley - Stuffed Sweet Potatoes and Roast Brussels Sprouts. We cooked at Grandma’s house as Josephine was flying in just in time for dinner. Beach Plum Season. We have been out for raging and hoarding as many Beach Plums as we can find. As one of my Forager’s said,” it is all about the Spot!” And yes this was “A Berry Good Season”. First batch of these bursts of wild flavor are passing thru our kitchen right now. In 3 days we will have them cleaned, cooked and poured into Little Pots of Perfect Preserves. Spread Joy!
