Who can say no to a zesty, herb-infused Chimichurri sauce. It tastes amazing with everything. You can try it on a piece of a juicy steak, chicken, fish, pasta or whatever your heart desires.
Ingredients
Flat-leaf parsley
Garlic
Olive oil
Lemon Juice
Red wine vinegar
Fresh cilantro (only optional)
Red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper
Oregano (optional)
Red hot pepper (optional)
Red onion

If you have a mortar, then put all the dry ingredients in the mortar and mash it together and at the end add all the liquid ingredients.
If you don't have a mortar, then add the herbs, onion and garlic to a food processor and only when everything is blended well add the in the liquid.

Incredible rich and creamy Fettucini Alfredo recipe by .
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and black pepper and prepare the Fettucini al dente.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and saute garlic for a minute or two. Be very careful, NOT to brown the garlic.
3. Pour the heavy cream into the garlic mixture over low heat.
4. Do not leave the pot with the heavy cream because you don't want it to boil and create a mess.
5. When the cream is about to come to a boil, melt your favorite cheese like Mozzarell or Gouda or Provolone inside then cream.
When you see the cream is coming to a boil, immediately remove it from the fire.
6. Mix your noodle into the cream and serve on a hot plate with Parmesan sprinkled on top.
7. Garnish with minced parsley on top (optional)
Ingredients
1 pound Fettucini noodles
1 1/2 cup to 2 cups cream
3 to 4 tablespoon butter
3 teaspoon garlic
1 cup mozzarella or other cheeses (your choice)
1 cup parmesan
Salt and Black pepper
