Throwback to one of the greatest bromances in Hollywood history: Keanu Reeves and River Phoenix. These two met on the set of “Parenthood” in 1989 and became inseparable friends. They co-starred in three movies, including the cult classic “My Own Private Idaho” in 1991, which Keanu convinced River to join. They shared a passion for music, motorcycles, and acting. Sadly, their friendship was cut short when River passed away in 1993. He was only 23 years old. Keanu still misses him and remembers him as a unique artist and a down-to-earth person.
