I've always dreamed of my stories in print.
Today, my first column for is live. How Did I Get Here is the beginning of something I've been building toward for a long time. Directed conversations around food, culture, and our history. Not commentary. Not content. Work that means something.
This column, and what we'll be building on@hotdogbouillabaisse , is about authorship. Who built what, who gets credit, and why those questions still need asking.
None of this happens alone. for the photography and editorial eye. for holding the line on every draft. And to Nigel and Ammar at for the platform and the belief that this work belongs in print.
