At some places, dining out means sitting at a table that’s basically part of a long line of tables. 😂 One minute you’re enjoying your pastrami, the next you’re practically forced into a conversation with the strangers beside you.

At Sarge’s, we like to give a proper deli spread the space it deserves! 🥪 Piled-high sandwiches, hot dogs, all the fixings, and room to actually enjoy it.

🥪 Ever wonder how pastrami became a deli legend?

Its roots trace back to Eastern European Jewish food traditions, where meat was preserved and seasoned for flavor. When Jewish immigrants brought those traditions to America in the late 1800s, the preparation evolved. Beef became a popular choice, and brining, spice rubs, smoking, and steaming helped create the tender, flavorful pastrami we know today.

At Sarge’s, we believe some history is best enjoyed between two slices of rye. ❤️
