Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries

Ingredients ( Serving 6 )
3 Large Russet Potatoes
3 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
ΒΌ c Parmesan cheese grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the potatoes into long thin french fry shapes.
Combine the cut up potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning as well as salt and pepper to taste in a large mixing bowl, toss to coat the fries well.
Spread the fries out in an even layer on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes, stopping to toss and flip the fries halfway through.
Sprinkle the fries with the parsley flakes and ΒΌ cup of the Parmesan, toss to coat, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until done to your liking.

Tropical PiΓ±a Colada Delight πŸ₯₯ πŸ₯š 🍍 🧈 🍳 πŸ‘©β€πŸ³

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut extract
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

For the Frosting:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
For Garnish:

Toasted coconut flakes
Maraschino cherries
Pineapple slices

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.

In a large bowl, beat together the sugar, butter, and oil until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla and coconut extracts.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the coconut milk, starting and ending with the flour mixture. Fold in the crushed pineapple.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cake pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

For the frosting, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until creamy and well combined. Mix in the vanilla

Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.

Rosemary Orange Glazed Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 2 Pork tenderloins
- 1 bag Brussels sprouts
- 6 Yukon gold potatoes
- 5 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 6 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup Smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 cup Orange juice
- 1/2 Orange, cut into quarters
- Zest of 1 Orange
Instructions:
# # 1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
# # 2. Prepare the Pork Tenderloins:
1. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, orange zest, brown sugar, cinnamon, smoked paprika, and kosher salt to make the spice rub.
2. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloins, ensuring they are evenly coated.
3. Let the pork tenderloins sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to pe*****te.
# # 3. Roast the Pork Tenderloins:
1. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Sear the pork tenderloins on all sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145Β°F (63Β°C) for medium-rare or 160Β°F (71Β°C) for medium.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup cornstarch
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

In one bowl, place the cornstarch. In another bowl, beat the eggs.

Dip each chicken piece first into the cornstarch, coating it evenly, then into the beaten eggs, and finally back into the cornstarch. Make sure each piece is thoroughly coated.

Place the coated chicken pieces onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Drizzle the vegetable oil evenly over the chicken pieces.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, flipping the pieces halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Chicken Piccata with Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

β€’ 8 Chicken breast, boneless skinless
Produce
β€’ 3 Garlic cloves
β€’ 1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
Refrigerated
β€’ 1/2 cup Egg substitute
Canned Goods
β€’ 6 tbsp White wine or chicken broth, dry
Condiments
β€’ 1/8 tsp Hot pepper sauce
β€’ 5 tbsp Lemon juice
Baking & Spices
β€’ 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
β€’ 1/2 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
β€’ 3 tsp Olive oil
Dairy
β€’ 2 tbsp Butter
β€’ 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
Start by pounding the chicken breasts until they are about 1/4 inch thick. This ensures they cook evenly and tenderly.
In a shallow dish, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Pour in the white wine or chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Stir in the lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, and fresh parsley. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes to reduce and thicken slightly.

2 large potatoes (approx. 500g)
Parsley
Spring onions
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
2 medium eggs
2 large tablespoons of cornstarch (around 40g)
Sweet paprika
7g of coriander
Vegetable oil for frying
For the sauce:
120g of plain yogurt
Juice of half a lemon
Lemon zest
Parsley
Half a cucumber
Salt and pepper
1 clove of garlic
Spicy sauce
Olive oil
Instructions:
-Begin by grating the potatoes and then thoroughly squeezing them to remove excess moisture.
-In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes with parsley, spring onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, eggs, cornstarch, paprika, and coriander.
-Shape the mixture into fritters and fry them in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
-To make the sauce, mix together yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, cucumber, salt, pepper, garlic, spicy sauce, and olive oil.
-Serve the crispy, golden potato fritters with a generous dollop of this refreshing sauce.

DUTCH APPLE BREAD- Try it, you will not regret it! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜
Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 tsp butter
3 cups flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 cup diced apple (peeled)
1/3 cup walnuts or crushed walnuts
Instructions:
Begin by preparing the yeast mixture. In a small bowl, combine half a cup of warm water with a teaspoon of sugar. Add the yeast to the warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, butter, and the remaining water. Knead the ingredients together until well incorporated.
Once the yeast is activated, add it to the dough mixture and knead until smooth. Adjust the consistency with additional water if needed.
In a separate bowl, mix together the diced apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and walnuts. Allow the mixture to sit for half an hour to let the flavors meld.
After the resting period, combine the apple and nut mixture with the dough, ensuring even distribution.
