For the Fall 2015 edition of Madison Square Eats, Farm Road’s menu takes inspiration from dishes typically seen at State Fairs across the Midwest and in the South. Items featured include Fried Chicken Biscuits served with herb mayo on a buttermilk biscuit, and the Texas classic, Frito Chili Pie, which has been updated using chicken chili, house-made queso sauce, and crema.
