The change in seasons is edging closer. As such Macallan has decided to commemorate it with another gem in its fabled lineup: the Litha Edition!

Crafted from 100% first fill sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez Spain, “Litha” represents the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, celebrating light and warmth.

On the nose, you will be embraced with warm honey notes, along with peach and orange zest. Not to mention, a touch of floral notes.

The palate commences with a creamy vanilla and citrus oil, then enfolds into raisin, apricot and a gentle baking spice touch. Polished oak all throughout, not aggressive but inviting. The finish is a lingering flair of sweet spice. More sunshine than fireplace.

The Marquis Moment
1.5 oz Crown Royal Marquis
3 oz Pineapple Juice
Splash of Lime
Top with Club Soda

Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice. Shake and strain into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with dehydrated pineapple.
