I'm a vegan mom who found that the best way to help her kid out with that whole awkward birthday party situation is to bake vegan cupcakes for the whole class that the kids would love so much they wouldn't know what hit them. Eventually this moved on to bringing cakes and vegan goods to grown up parties and family dinners. I started this business last year because I saw

a need that wasn't being met for vegans and people who wanted to try good vegan desserts in this area. After years of perfecting my baking as a hobby and a way to show affection to my friends and family I finally realized that there was an opportunity for me to make this into something bigger. I've met so many new, wonderful people through this first year of business from all walks of life who are working toward making the world a better place in one way or another and the one factor that brings us all together is what we eat! This business has become a way to help the community by donating food and money to local charities or participating in fundraisers and food drives, it's become a way to educate people on veganism and animal rights, it's become a way to show people that they don't have to give up deliciousness in order to live a cruelty-free life. My plan was to have a video + recipe recorded and released to you all by now but for the last two weeks I’ve been sick. I know it’s not the same as buying, but my goal for this business has always been to make veganism more accessible! A pumpkin pie doesn’t have to cost a lot to be delicious. My recipe doesn’t have any weird ingredients and is actually super easy to make! If you wanna give it a try and don’t want to wait for the video, shoot me a DM! Otherwise stay tuned. More recipes will follow when I’m feeling better :)

As promised, here are some of what we made in my kids baking class over the summer. Cropped because I don’t feel comfortable posting people’s kids on the internet. We made crafts out of grapes, made smoothie bowls, parfaits, and cookies and cakes that they had total creative freedom with as well as many not pictured snacks like tacos, fruit and savory pastries and even sushi. All 100% plant based! The idea was to let them make their own food and then of course taste. They didn’t like everything but they all enjoyed the process 😂😂

*Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls*🍂🎃
Hope you had an awesome summer. I’ve been SWAMPED with work, working with kids. Held a baking class for k-4th grade at OCS. It was wonderful and wonderfully exhausting and now it’s back to school time lol I’ve been craving these pumpkin cinnamon rolls since 9/1. Bout to get myself a latte and eat another one.
Reminder, the shop is closed and I have decided not to reopen as I start my next ventures. I really want an online course, but it may take much longer than expected considering how much energy working with the littles zaps out of me. I’m taking my time with things and it feels kinda nice to not be on a hamster wheel feeling like I can’t get off.
I’ll try to post more.. but no guarantees! Would you guys wanna see what my kiddos made over the summer?

Hey all! Idk about you but I am still recovering from the 50 year long January. I’m working on some Valentines Day cookie content that I’ll be posting in reels later this week. Might have some special messages written on them. The online classes are delayed for now while I get the equipment I need to set up a nice recording space, but I super appreciate everyone’s patience and I need to be better about posting so we can keep up but I don’t know about you.. these past few weeks have been 😮‍💨
