🚨 Important Announcements 🚨

The Plattekill Fire Department 100th Anniversary Celebration & Parade is almost here, and we’re getting ready to celebrate 100 YEARS of service, tradition, and community!

Here’s what parade participants and spectators need to know for Saturday, August 29th:

đź“Ť PARADE PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION
All parade participants MUST register at the registration booth located at Thomas Felton Community Park.

🕑 Registration: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM

đźš’ LINEUP:
All participants must be in their assigned lineup position by 3:30 PM.

🎉 PARADE START: 4:00 PM

🚨 TRAFFIC ALERT
ALL ROADS ALONG THE PARADE ROUTE WILL CLOSE AT 3:40 PM. 🚨
Please plan accordingly and arrive early!

🅿️ SPECTATOR PARKING
All spectator parking will be located in the large field at Patura and Route 32.

♿ HANDICAP PARKING
A limited number of handicap parking spaces will be available in the main parking lot at Thomas Felton Community Park.

Come early, find your spot, and get ready to celebrate a CENTURY OF SERVICE!

What a great night at the Town of Newburgh Community Day!
A little rain didn't stop what we do best. Thank you to the Town of Newburgh Recreation Department - Chadwick Lake Park for putting on another great event! Can't wait to be back next year!
Thank you to all our patrons... Without you none of this would be possible.

What's next you may wonder...

Whelp these lemonheads are taking some time to enjoy ourselves on a family vacation before summer ends... But don't worry we will be back in full swing.
August 28th we will be headed to Meadow Hill School in Newburgh for a pre-back to school bash with haircuts.
August 29th come on down to Thomas Felton Park and help celebrate the 100th year of the Plattekill Fire Dept.. parade followed by the party
Sept 10th, catch us at Cornwall High School.. enjoy the game and some of your favorites.
Sept 11th we will be partying it up with Gardnertown Elementary School, closed event, to welcome them back to school with a bang.
Sept. 19th. Come on back to Thomas Felton Park and boogie down at Plattekill Day with us and other vendors for a fun filled day.
