When it comes to drinks 🥤, we take our selection very seriously, because we know you do too. We ran out of Mole Cola and Mexican cokes last week and we saw too many sad faces. We’re in the business of making people happy, satisfied and full, not sad, so do not fret, we restocked for you.

One day we’ll have beer and wine. 🍻🍷 Until then, we’re fully embracing the soda life.

We found a new bread supplier!! And they happen to have great pastries too. 🇮🇹 DeFilippis Bakery Cafe Monticello

All of our sandwiches are made on 9” seeded Italian rolls, so the bread we get has to be just right. This one is light, tasty and gets perfectly crispy in the oven. We tried a few bakeries and this was the winner. 🥇

We’re also getting a rotating selection of pastries from them.

Today’s lineup includes rich chocolate domes and classic carrot cake.

Open Fridays 12-9pm for dine-in, takeout and delivery.

🍋 Lemon Buerre Blanc Gnocchi ~ With Japanese eggplant, yellow squash, green onion and local LONG HOTS from Little Earth Farm (OGs do you remember these from Simply, pasta.??). Simply the best flavor and spice to make it nice 🌶️

When someone comes to Dina’s for the first time they’ll often ask us for a recommendation. Although we believe you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, it’s not a bad idea to start with the most classic items, our spaghetti and red sauce, add meatballs or a meatball parm.

You’ll immediately see why ingredients matter, because for such a simple dish, it tastes elevated. The spaghetti is clearly fresh, the red sauce is simple and delicious, and our all beef meatballs are salty and fatty.

So next time you’re at Dina’s, don’t sleep on the spaghetti and meatballs. And if you haven’t tried the meatball parm, we highly recommend you do. Start with the classics.
