Talk about simple! Throw these bad boys in a 350 degree oven for about 45 min (or until internal temp of the pork chop reaches 145 degrees). Or, you can throw them on the smoker for a little extra flavor.

First, we’ll have fresh salmon tomorrow morning.

Second, Memorial Day is right around the corner. We’re getting prepared and will have all kinds of goodies to help celebrate the weekend.

Just to name a few, we’ll have artisan smoked sausages, stuffed pork chops (mmmm!), Bacon Burger patties (and regular all-beef patties), premium steaks…

Feeding a lot of people? We have briskets, pork butts and whole pork loins, large bologna chubs and tri-tips. All of these would be perfect for the smoker.

Do yourself a favor this week and grab yourself some fresh, quality meats.
