The Butcher Block is gearing up for Labor Day weekend. We’ll be stocked with all your favorite cuts, from Briskets to Bacon Burgers.

To help celebrate Labor Day, we will be offering a limited quantity of Flank Steak Pinwheels (Friday and Saturday).

They are stuffed with cream cheese, fresh baby spinach, sundried tomatoes and mozzarella. We season them with KOSMOS Cow Cover Double Black Pepper rub, so all you have to do is toss them on the grill.

Good afternoon to our Butcher Block customers.

Effective today, we have updated pricing and items for our FREEZER FILLERS, as well as our 1/4 BEEF and 1/2 HOG packages.

Please note the following details regarding orders…

1. FREEZER FILLERS can usually be processed the next business day. That said, orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

2. For the 1/4 BEEF and 1/2 HOG, we ask for at least one week’s (7 days) notice due to the time it takes to process larger packages.

3. Orders can be picked up on the scheduled due date starting at 2pm. If ready sooner, customer will be notified via phone call and/or text.

4. Weights are approximate.

5. Pricing and products are subject to change due to fluctuating market prices and availability.

To order, simply give us a call and let us know what you’d like and the day you’d like to pick up your package(s).

Happy Independence Day!

We’ve been slammed this week, but we were prepared and are stocked up with all your favorite meats.

Whether made-in-house Bacon Burgers, hand-cut ribeyes, or larger cuts like briskets, we’ve got your weekend festivities covered.
