A little product testing last night. Beef pinwheel was the star but a nicely marinaded pork steak was no slouch. Absolutely delicious. Available in slices and roasts.

What A SEASON!
Huge thank you to all the regulars that support us year round and another big thank you to all the new folks we got to work with over this incredibly busy season!
We are always happy to see or friends with deer but it has been so rewarding working with the explosion of new hunters that made it happen this year. Big or small we congratulate you all on putting food on the table.

Next year we intend to take more pics with anyone who wants to, just remind us… we get excited!

We take deer in year round for all you late, late season, heard managers and nuisance hunters. Otherwise we are always rocking our retail shop. See you soon!

When the temp drops, so do the deer! Great deer coming in from all over, we are thrilled to see so many people getting out there.
But when its gets chilly out, why not head down by the reuse center and warm up with DELICIOUS ramen and sandwiches made fresh from local ingredients from the good folks at Farm to Feast NY!

Might see us there after a morning in the woods! Stay safe and enjoy the outdoors everyone!
