European Mounts - need your trophy on the wall ? Turn your deer into a combination of our fine specialty products! ALL meats are vacuum packaged! An average Doe is brought in for whole deer processing. If the deer has been clearly harvested it will yield approx. 35-45 lbs of boneless meat. We will use the example of the 40lbs of meat = $90 for the whole deer processing. If you need your deer field

dressed it will cost an extra $25. You decide you would like 12 lbs of boneless meat made into jerky with the remaining 28lbs made into summer sausage with cheese. 12lbs(boneless meat) X 1.0(deer jerky) =12lbs precooked weight x $2.20 (price/lb)=$26.4
28lbs (boneless meat) X 1.62 (summer sausage with cheese multiplier) = 45.36lbs precooked weight X $1.05 (price/lb)=$47.62
