Good Morning you must be the most important person on this earth, so that your family will benefit from the powerful person you will become when you do this selfless act, of making yourself first, like they say in the airplane before you Try to help others to put on their oxygen mask, make sure your mask is secure. This is a life lesson we must stop giving out of our reserve. We must pour into ourselves until it starts to overflow. And then and only then. we can give others the very best us . Self sacrifices is required on this journey. Times of meditation, and fasting to create self-control is required on this journey.
