🔪 Chef takes it from there.
Right into the bag goes arugula, Italian meats & cheeses, red onion, spicy peppers, and our house-made creamy dressing.
Then we shake it, mix it, toss it all together and hand the whole damn thing right back to you in the chip bag with a fork.
